I had excellent pedicures and even witnessed the outstanding services of a mother and her cute daughter.
The nail techs Amanda and Nina did amazing nail art and pedicures. Even there was also a married couple and they had been consistent customers for long.
But, I saw a few of the customers complaining about the poor quality services and the nails fell off soon after getting the services.
The gel manicure was also very bad and the nails started chipping off after two days of services. The customers intended not to return ever again.

Besides my highly satisfying experience, my friend had a disappointing experience with the salon. Her Nails filed too thin and her fingers gashed with the file and the Cuticles were left raw, causing burning sensations.

I am a regular customer of Wow Nails and they are one of the best nail places in Palmdale. The environment of the salon is very soothing and comfortable.
