Happy Nails Spa is a well-known salon for having happy customers just like its name. Last week, I visited this salon with my coworkers. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the customers even during reservation misunderstandings.
The salon was super clean and I got a relaxing pedicure service. My coworkers got outstanding gel and French manicures from the skilled technicians, John and Jenny.
The services were reasonably charged and the staff ensured the delivery of desired results on the first attempt.
Moreover, another customer at the salon told me about her long-lasting dip and acrylic services. But, I am surprised that today, one of my coworkers was complaining about her poor experience.

Her feet were clean, soft, and perfectly polished. The dip manicure with a gel top was just beyond expectations. I am excited to get these services myself.
But my neighbor also noticed a few things at Jet Marina Del Rey’s nails that disturbed her. She told me how customers were facing difficulties in getting appointments with preferred technicians. Poor nail work, cuts, and rushed services by the male technicians.

Besides my positive experience, I also want to share a few of the things that I noticed during my services, some customers were there for complaints and a redo. But the staff was not responding to them properly.

But one of them also had a bad experience with them. It’s a bad thing to eavesdrop but I did it just out of curiosity.
Let me share their experiences with you as well. The Salon provides extraordinary services, particularly the Gel X nails and deluxe pedicure. The talented staff also replicated nail art from inspirational pictures while ensuring symmetry and perfection.
The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. They also accommodate walk-ins and customers even without appointments. I just can’t wait to get my services from MOI Studio.
But, the negative comments I heard about this salon were also quite worrisome. The inconsistency in delivering quality work, rude behavior, poor hygienic conditions, and discrimination among customers.

The services were long lasting and the staff was accommodating and always ensured the customer’s satisfaction. They even accommodate walk-ins at busy hours.
The environment was relaxing and the detail-oriented manicure services of Lynn were amazing. I also intend to visit this salon for my nails. But, I always decide to visit any salon before knowing its pros and cons. So I also asked my mother what she disliked at Hana Salon.
She told me about the terrible experience of another customer she noticed at the salon. The customer was in extreme pain after a half-leg wax that resulted in hives.
Another customer got a stressful manicure and her cuticles were bleeding. I am just feeling sorry for them. My mother is happy regarding her services but I am a bit confused now about what to do.

However, I felt bad for my coworker when she shared her disappointing experience with me. She told me about the poor nail services, especially acrylic filled with gel polish that resulted in dark lines.
She was overly charged for these mediocre services. The staff also treated her rudely and the overall environment was unwelcoming and uncomfortable for her.
